Lie on your back with your hands behind your head – fingers clasped – and knees bent at 90 degrees, low back pressed against the ground. Perform 4 crunches. Immediately roll over into either a full or modified, elevated pushup position – with arms close to sides. Perform push-ups. Repeat the process dropping the repetitions by one each set until complete.
