Fitness in Small Spaces: Wall Side Bridge
The participant stood against a wall in a 45° plank position with both elbows supported against the wall. The abdominal muscles were appropriately braced to stabilize the neutral spine and rotate the torso to the left side, while ensuring minimal spine bending and twisting. The participant leaned the right elbow against a wall and placed the outside foot in front to move the spine and hips in that way.
Remember, you should always consult your physician before beginning any exercise, diet, or nutritional supplementation program.
