Use these two pushups for amazing arms

The back of the arms – the triceps –set the tone for a sleek, streamlined look – especially for women, who are hesitant to go sleeveless. A simple exercise – using no equipment – can be the solution.

Close Grip Push-Up:
Assume a kneeling position on a mat. Lean forward and place your forearms on the ground – such that the hands are at shoulder level and your bent upper arms are close – if not touching the sides of the upper torso. Straighten – extend – the arms. Return to the starting position.

Diamond Push-Up:
Place your hands together in a diamond configuration – both index fingers and thumbs touching. Move forward into a push-up position – knees on the floor – with the diamond hand configuration directly under the chest. Elbows will be out to the sides. Perform a short-range push-up.
