The L Drill

When it comes to running faster, it requires a transition from quick feet, steps, to stride frequency.

Place cones in a configuration of an L and reverse L Start at the bottom of the first L. Run to the second cone, shuffle across to the third cone then transition to a sprint to the fourth cone. Reverse the process back to the start.
