Mackie Shilstone has joined with “The Sports Zone Radio Show on 1380AM in St. Louis” and the new daily sports website, TheStLSportsPage.com as they promote a new 13-week “Healthy Lifestyle” initiative. Mackie’s segment will be Mondays at 2 p.m. cst and the show can be accessed here. New content will be posted daily and Mackie will be contributing.
