Linda Hamilton Transformation Back to Sarah Connor

Preparing Linda Hamilton to re-create her role as Sarah Connor from The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgement day twenty-eight years ago, involved a team effort. When Hamilton’s transformation process began in May of 2017, it required extensive medical and physiological evaluations, since Hamilton was 61 years of age.

Chest Push: To keep the opponent away from close body contact

Using a stability ball (65cm), assume a standard push-up position—chest resting on the ball, hands on each side of the ball—with legs extended and spread in a wide base for stability.

Press into the ball with your chest, then exhale and push up with hands. Return to the starting position and repeat 5-10 times.

Be sure to watch Medical Reporter Meg Farris’ behind the scene look at the transformation of Linda Hamilton back to her role as Sarah Connor here in New Orleans on November 8th.

Remember, you should always consult your physician before beginning any exercise, diet, or nutritional supplementation program.
