Help your skin heal faster

If you have problems with your skin healing, I’ll tell you how to help it heal faster. When your body is stressed, its ability to help heal cuts and scratches is impaired. Your skin may be more easily inflamed by scratchy wool sweaters, cold weather, or dry, itchy conditions like psoriasis or eczema. Physical activities like walking and yoga may also help your skin. But if skin conditions are a problem for you, check with a dermatologist.
