FIT begins with a goal setting session with your trainer. Based on your individual goals, your trainer then designs and implements a personalized program including flexibility, weight training and cardiovascular components.
Group Sessions give you and a friend all of the benefits of a individual training at a discounted rate by sharing the one-hour session.
