The core includes the traverse abdominis, erector spinae, obliques, and your lower latissimus muscle, which all act as stabilizers for the entire body. An excellent exercise – Round the Clock – using a stability ball – challenges the entire core simultaneously.

‘Round the Clock:

Assume a prone plank position on top of the ball – with the elbows bent and the forearms in contact with the ball. Perform 10 small revolution with your arms clockwise then repeat counterclockwise.

Remember, you should always consult your physician before beginning any exercise, diet, or nutritional supplementation program.
